Rajeshwari — Gold Banarasi Tissue Saree with Vintage Zardozi Embroidered Border

This pure Banarasi tissue saree from The Heirloom Vault in a luminous gold is defined by its richness and ceremonial presence. The fabric carries a natural sheen, catching light with every movement while maintaining a structured, graceful drape.

The body is woven with a subtle self-weave chevron pattern, adding depth and texture without overwhelming the composition. The tonal detailing allows the gold to shift gently in light, creating a layered, dimensional effect.

The highlight of the saree lies in its vintage hand-embroidered zardozi border, rendered on a deep maroon base. The embroidery forms intricate floral rosettes and scrolling patterns, worked in gold, silver, and muted jewel-toned threads. The zardozi carries a softened, burnished finish, lending the border a rich, time-worn character and a distinct three-dimensional depth.

The interplay of luminous tissue with the densely embroidered border creates a balance that feels both grand and refined. The composition is rooted in traditional craftsmanship, yet designed for contemporary occasion dressing.

Designed without a blouse, it allows for versatile styling for any occasion.

Single piece. No repeats.
