Our Black Handloom Pure Satin Silk Tanchoi Banarasi Fabric is an embodiment of understated luxury and flawless artistry. The deep black shade provides a backdrop that amplifies the fabric's inherent sophistication.
Skillfully woven from the finest satin silk, the fabric exudes a lustrous sheen and unmatched fall. It is adorned with a geometric diamond design skillfully incorporated via Tanchoi weaving which brings a contemporary flair to traditional craftsmanship.
The diamond motifs are intricately integrated into the satin silk using two to five weft threads for every one or two warp threads, creating a fabric that is both visually striking and supremely comfortable.

The Weaving Technique
Tanchois are a very fine weave banarasi sarees that use an extra weft thread to create delicate patterns. Tanchoi weaving is one of the complex and technical weaving techniques as it uses one or two warp and two to five weft colors. These sarees are extremely light weight and soft to drape. Jamawar & Tanchois are both satin weave techniques where the motifs are created using the primary weft yarn itself creating an inlaid or embossed look, unlike a brocade, which uses extra warp or weft to create the patterns.
Technically we use the word Jamawar or Jamewar when the motifs feature more than one color, while Tanchois usually have one single color motif or pattern. Jamawars also seem to have a lot of persian influence and are majorly dominated with paisleys in the design pattern
