This Beige handloom saree is woven in pure matka silk and features a contrasting pallu woven in kora muslin. The matka silk body has a natural texture and structured drape, with small woven butis placed across the surface. The shift to the sheer muslin pallu creates a clear contrast in weight and transparency.

Jamdani is a traditional supplementary weft weaving technique where motifs are inserted individually by hand during the weaving process. Each motif is created directly on the loom, allowing the design to become an integral part of the fabric rather than a surface embellishment.

The pallu carries a wide Jamdani panel with paired swan motifs set within a floral layout. The swans are framed by lotus buds, open blooms, and vine motifs, woven in soft pink, muted yellow, and sage/teal green tones. Fine horizontal stripes complete the pallu end, which is finished with hand-knotted tassels, highlighting the finesse of the handloom finishing. Suitable for festive gatherings and cultural occasions, this saree pairs well with both classic and contemporary blouse styles.
