Magenta And Red Handloom Pure Katan Silk Tanchoi Banarasi Saree With Magenta Resham Work

Weaver Story's marvelously curated and globally worshipped Katan Silk Saree with Tanchoi craft work and diligently painted motifs of Resham brocade interlacing, is the epitome of muliebrity and femininity woven into a 100% pious Banarasi fabric created with heightened adroitness by some of the finest artisans of this ethnically affluent nation. The contemporary Tanchoi designs and patterns add flavor to the traditional nestling of the Saree and the laboriously crafted needle work modernizes the centuries old culture of Katan Silk Sarees, where two or more threads are twisted together to birth such a masterpiece.

Finished with pure and smoothly networked Resham motifs, the ravishing Saree is a royal creation for all the pink and magenta lovers around the nation and the Silky texture is timeless and most importantly, durable. Drenched with the utterly ingenious color palette of the feminine monochromatic shades of a Magenta Resham web woven over the extravagant background of the similar shade. Coming along with a matching blouse piece, the Saree is the ultimate crossover between the modern motifs and the traditional Katan Silk, elevating the diverse spirits of the indigenous ethnic connoisseurs.

The Weaving Technique

Tanchois are a very fine weave banarasi sarees that use an extra weft thread to create delicate patterns. Tanchoi weaving is one of the complex and technical weaving techniques as it uses one or two warp and two to five weft colors. These sarees are extremely light weight and soft to drape. Jamawar & Tanchois are both satin weave techniques where the motifs are created using the primary weft yarn itself creating an inlaid or embossed look, unlike a brocade, which uses extra warp or weft to create the patterns.
Technically we use the word Jamawar or Jamewar when the motifs feature more than one color, while Tanchois usually have one single color motif or pattern. Jamawars also seem to have a lot of persian influence and are majorly dominated with paisleys in the design pattern
