Primary Job Role
- Answer general customer inquiries thought calls, Live chat, emails, Social media until inquiry is closed.
- Manage customer accounts including assisting customers with information regarding their order history, order status, and all other standard requests received.
- Maintain customer service log, tracking all incoming inquiries and detailing out customer requests, order details and fulfillment until delivery
- Ensure customer reviews and feedback post delivery and share feedback internally
- Aggregate and report on customer service trends quarterly to sales, technology, design, and merchandising.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have 1 - 3 years of experience in an e-commerce set up with experience of managing sales and service.
- As a luxe fashion store we have customers across the globe. Managing timelines and delivering within the defined TAT is a basic expectation from the candidates applying for this role.
- Well versed with excel and other online response management tools and chat products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and polite and courteous nature
