Yellow Double Shade Handloom Pure Chanderi Silk Dupatta With Sona Rupa Jaal

The scintillating hues of yellow are quintessential elements of the Haldi ceremony wardrobe staples. Traditional events and casual celebrations call for supremely elegant, designer outfits made out of this divine color of positivity and happiness. To add oomph to your personalized wardrobe, this alluring Chanderi dupatta is a perfect piece of clothing to pair with a variety of outfits. From a heavy, flowy off-white lehenga to a bold, beautiful purple Anarkali suit, this dupatta is destined to look great with almost all bold and timeless hues.

Keeping in mind a woman’s desire to look drop-dead gorgeous, the skilled craftsmen from the Chanderi craft cluster designed and handcrafted this alluring masterpiece with subtle hues of yellow over a lustrous Chanderi silk fabric. The fabric exudes sheer elegance at every inch and is further adorned with intricately crafted delicate sona (gold) and rupa (silver) jaals, which remarkably add a touch of royalty to the dupatta. Meticulously crafted with utmost precision and care using the age-old eknaliya weaving technique, this scene-stealer is worthy of being treasured for future generations as an heirloom of grace and beauty.

The Weaving Technique

The Design Technique

Jangla is one of oldest and most rich patterns, the Jangla is truly representative of a banarasi. Floral patterns, paisley intertwine in brocade or kadhwa weaving on silk, kora or satin fabric. An interplay of floral jaals cover the saree or dupatta in Kadhwa and Kadhiyal weave with meenakari to create a rich design with or without contrasting borders. The jaal is enhanced with jewelled meenakari. This is one of the oldest and most complex weaving techniques from banaras.
